Cathy Christiansen, EA, Staff Associate

 

 

 

Cathy is an Enrolled Agent (EA) which allows her to represent taxpayers before the IRS. She is often able to resolve major tax issues with one letter!

Cathy has been with Prather Kalman, PC since September 2007 and has a special ability for helping taxpayers get fair representation with the IRS. She originally started her tax career in 2003 and assisted a law firm with several tax cases in a paralegal capacity, including Dixon v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue (836 F.2d 546).

For over two decades, Cathy was President and Founder of a computer training facility with a vast experience in developing training programs, public speaking and managing staff. Cathy has written over 25 training manuals on subjects as varied as Excel, basic tax and starting a small business. Cathy has also taught tax classes for Prather Kalman, H&R Block and Leisure Learning Unlimited.
