Mr. Konicki, an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), has provided financial advisory services to companies in the software, oil and gas, healthcare services and equipment, financial services, and utilities industries.

Erik has extensive experience in investments including engagements relating to sell-side and buy-side securities research, portfolio management, complex financial modeling, business transactions and option valuations.

Past valuation experience includes due diligence, transaction related advice, solvency analysis and fairness opinions, intangible and tangible assets and royalty audit.

Past dispute related experience includes financial and economic damage services, patent infringement, breach of contract, diminution of business value and related investigations in connection with fraud.

Other related experience includes matters relating to definition of markets, strategic financial management, budgeting, operational planning and implementation, business development and interim CFO engagements.

Erik earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and his Master of Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. He is also a part of the adjunct faculty at the Insurance and Risk Management Center at the University of Houston - Downtown.
